Shipping & Pickup Policy

At The Store 312, Inc., we offer flexible options for receiving your purchased items. Please review the following details carefully before placing an order.

1. Pickup

  • All sales are eligible for pickup at our warehouse during normal business hours.

  • Pickup times must be coordinated with The Store 312, Inc. in advance to ensure availability.

  • Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and ensuring items are safely loaded at the time of pickup.

 

2. Delivery

  • The Store 312, Inc. may offer delivery within a 10-mile radius of our warehouse.

  • Delivery is available for an additional fee, which must be agreed upon in writing at the time of order placement.

  • Any manpower required to unload the delivery must also be agreed to in writing prior to delivery. Buyers are responsible for coordinating sufficient personnel or equipment if not provided by The Store 312.

 

3. LTL and Third-Party Shipments

  • Customers may arrange LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments for items purchased from The Store 312.

  • All LTL shipments must be coordinated with The Store 312, Inc. to schedule pickup times and ensure proper handling.

  • The Store 312, Inc. is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers arranged by the customer.

4. Scheduling

  • Delivery dates, pickup times, and LTL arrangements must be confirmed with The Store 312, Inc. prior to order fulfillment.

  • The Store 312, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the buyer’s scheduling conflicts or inability to unload the delivered items.

5. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to our pickup, delivery, and shipment policies, including any additional charges and manpower requirements.
