The Store 312, Inc.

At The Store 312, Inc., we specialize in the resale of used, surplus, and pre-owned furniture, fixtures, equipment, artwork, and related goods. Because of the nature of our inventory, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Returns / No Refunds

• All sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by an authorized representative of The Store 312, Inc. prior to purchase.

No Warranty

• All products are sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS.”

• There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of sale.

• The Store 312, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding condition, longevity, or performance of any item sold.

Buyer Responsibility

• Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items thoroughly prior to purchase.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine that they are satisfied with the condition, quality, quantity, and suitability of the product(s) before completing the transaction.

• Photos, descriptions, and measurements are provided for convenience only and may not reflect minor wear consistent with used goods.

Acceptance of Terms

• By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They have had the opportunity to inspect the product(s);

  • They understand the no return / no refund policy;

  • They accept the product(s) as is, where is, with no warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Exceptions

• Any exceptions to this policy must be documented in writing and signed by an authorized representative of The Store 312, Inc. Verbal agreements are not valid.
